After leaving School, Phil spent 6 years as a Military Policeman in the Royal Air Force. The majority of which was based in Northern Ireland. After leaving the military life, Phil decided to move into a very different arena and started a career in sales within the Financial Services sector. He enjoyed a lot of success and ended up working for one of the Largest privately owned Banks in the UK as one of their top Sales Managers.
He eventually decided to make the move into Recruitment sector, where he has practised for the past 20 years. Phil has primarily recruited within the Sales and Marketing and Commercial sector and recruited across the UK. He has worked for a variety of clients both local and national, and in a range of industries from IT to farming!
In his spare time he enjoys cooking, reading, socialising with friends and family, fine wine and spending time with his 9 year old son, which he says keeps him young!

Amanda Bailey has worked in the recruitment industry for over 10 years, having spent her initial years in specialist recruitment in London. After spending some time, as an Operations Manager, hiring her own staff, she moved back into working in recruitment; managing a team of consultants within commercial, industrial and technical sectors supplying permanent, contract and temporary staff.
Amanda is highly experienced in providing quality outplacement consultancy and support on a 1-2-1 and group basis. Her ethos in providing a first class recruitment service is meeting the clients’ expectations exactly, by spending the time not just understanding the role requirements and person specification, but also the company culture in which the person(s) must fit. In addition, providing an exemplary level of customer service and communication during the process is also key to the success of her career.

From University Keith joined Lloyds Bank where he spent 5 years before joining the growing IT Sector as a Client Support Specialist with Kalamazoo. Returning to University he completed the then IPM qualification before joining an International Recruitment Group. After re-building their South West locations he became the Group’s first HR Manager based at their Head Office in The Midlands combining HR responsibilities with establishing a UK-wide Commercial Division. Keith then became Head of the International IT Division covering three continents.
Subsequently he has spent the last 20 years working for Recruitment Consultancies and running his own recruitment business. Operating in the Asset Management, Financial Services Consulting, Manufacturing and HR business sectors working at Board level to identify senior management candidates in the UK and Europe. Currently he combines recruitment activities with delivering HR Consulting services.
In his spare time he is an avid cricket follower and umpire, Welsh Rugby supporter and a frustrated golfer now trying to stay ahead of his three sons!

Suzanna has worked in recruitment for over 6 years. Having worked within a sales environment since leaving school has found recruitment her forte. Suzanna thrives on placing the right person for her client’s role. Ensuring she interviews each candidate fully, understanding candidates requirements and works tirelessly securing them a position, which suits their skills, competencies and expectations.
Having developed strong relationships with her clients offers a friendly and enthusiastic approach to recruitment. Recruiting across the UK within multiple sectors including Childcare, Law and engineering and construction.
